Subscriber Agreement

The agreement between Board-Approved Supervisors and Bridgyr governing use of the platform.

Last Updated: 6 April 2026

This Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Subscriber") and Christopher English trading as Bridgyr.com (ABN 89 127 431 973) ("Bridgyr", "we", "us", "our"). It governs your use of the Bridgyr platform at bridgyr.com.

By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

1. Definitions

Platform — the Bridgyr web application and all associated services at bridgyr.com.

Subscriber — the Board-Approved Supervisor holding a Bridgyr subscription and primary account.

Provisional — a provisional psychologist invited as a sub-user by a Subscriber.

Supervision Records — session logs, annotations, sign-off records, transcripts, and all records created within the Platform.

Subscription — the access plan selected and paid for by the Subscriber.

Break Fee — the early termination fee applicable to Annual Monthly Instalment plans as defined in Clause 3.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To subscribe, you must hold current registration as a Board-Approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia under AHPRA.

2.2 By subscribing, you represent and warrant that this registration is current and will remain current for the duration of your subscription.

2.3 Provisionals are sub-users only. They do not hold a subscription and are not party to this Agreement.

3. Subscription and Billing

Monthly Plan

3.1 Billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date of your first successful payment.

3.2 Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled.

3.3 You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.

3.4 No refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.

Annual Plan — Paid Upfront

3.5 Billed as a single annual payment via Stripe.

3.6 Access is granted for the full 12-month term from the date of payment.

3.7 No cancellation or refunds are available mid-term, except where:

  • (a) Bridgyr materially reduces core Platform functionality with less than 30 days' notice; or

  • (b) exceptional circumstances exist, at Bridgyr's sole discretion.

3.8 At the end of the annual term, the subscription converts to a Monthly Plan unless the Subscriber selects a new annual term.

Annual Plan — Monthly Instalments

3.9 Billed monthly via Stripe, but constitutes a 12-month minimum commitment.

3.10 Early cancellation before the end of the 12-month term requires payment of a Break Fee equal to two months of the then-current monthly rate.

3.11 The parties acknowledge and agree that the Break Fee represents a genuine pre-estimate of Bridgyr's loss arising from early termination, including re-acquisition costs, revenue gap, and platform overhead. The Break Fee constitutes liquidated damages and is not a penalty.

3.12 Upon payment of the Break Fee, the Subscriber's payment obligations cease and access terminates at the end of that billing period.

3.13 The Break Fee will be charged automatically via Stripe at the point the Subscriber requests cancellation.

3.14 Early cancellation due to AHPRA registration lapse is subject to the same Break Fee — the Subscriber warranted active registration at the time of subscribing.

AHPRA Registration Lapse (all plan types)

3.15 If a Subscriber's BAS registration lapses, is suspended, or is cancelled during any subscription term, Bridgyr will suspend Platform access.

3.16 For Monthly Plans: no refund is payable for the remainder of the current billing period.

3.17 For Annual Upfront Plans: no refund is payable for the remaining term.

3.18 For Annual Monthly Instalment Plans: the Break Fee applies as set out in Clauses 3.10–3.13.

3.19 Bridgyr may, at its discretion, hold a suspended account for up to 90 days pending reinstatement of registration.

Pricing and GST

3.20 Bridgyr reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice.

3.21 For Monthly Plans: price changes take effect from the next billing cycle after the notice period.

3.22 For Annual Plans: price changes take effect at the next renewal — the rate is locked for the current annual term.

3.23 All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and inclusive of any applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

4. What Your Subscription Includes

4.1 Access to the Platform for the Subscriber and their invited Provisionals.

4.2 Ability to create, review, annotate, and sign off Supervision Records.

4.3 Compliance ratio tracking and session history.

4.4 Data export functionality.

4.5 Email support at support@bridgyr.com.

5. Provisionals

5.1 Provisionals join the Platform via invitation from a Subscriber. They do not pay for access.

5.2 The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring that invited Provisionals are their current, registered supervisees under an active AHPRA supervision relationship.

5.3 The Subscriber is responsible for the appropriate use of the Platform by their invited Provisionals.

5.4 Removing a Provisional revokes their access to the Platform. Their Supervision Records remain accessible to the Subscriber.

5.5 The Subscriber consents on behalf of their provisional sub-users to Bridgyr contacting those sub-users for: platform operational communications, safety notices, research invitations (opt-out available at any time), and notifications about changes to the platform or these terms.

6. Ownership of Supervision Records

6.1 You own all Supervision Records, annotations, and data you create within the Platform.

6.2 You grant Bridgyr a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process your Supervision Records solely to provide the Platform to you.

6.3 Bridgyr does not use Supervision Records for any purpose other than providing and improving the Platform. We do not sell, licence, or disclose Supervision Records to third parties except as set out in our Privacy Policy.

6.4 On cancellation, you have 90 days to export your Supervision Records using the Platform's export function.

6.5 After 90 days, your records will be de-identified and deactivated per APP 11.2. Records are not retrievable after this point. We strongly recommend exporting your records before cancelling.

6.6 It is the Subscriber's professional obligation as a Board-Approved Supervisor to retain supervision records in accordance with AHPRA's Code of Conduct and applicable guidelines. Bridgyr is a record-keeping tool, not a long-term archive. The Subscriber is solely responsible for ensuring records are exported and retained for any period required by professional or legal obligations. This obligation survives cancellation of this Agreement.

7. Professional Responsibility — Please Read Carefully

7.1 Bridgyr is a record-keeping and workflow tool only. It is not a supervision service, a clinical service, or a source of regulatory advice.

7.2 You remain solely responsible for fulfilling your obligations as a Board-Approved Supervisor under:

  • AHPRA's Code of Conduct

  • The Psychology Board of Australia's Supervision Guidelines

  • Any other applicable professional or legal obligations

7.3 Bridgyr does not guarantee that use of the Platform satisfies any specific AHPRA requirement. Requirements change. You are responsible for staying current with AHPRA's guidance and verifying your obligations directly with the Psychology Board of Australia.

7.4 Supervision Records created on the Platform are records of your supervision practice. You are responsible for their accuracy, completeness, and appropriate use.

7.5 Provisionals under your supervision remain your professional responsibility. Bridgyr does not assess, supervise, or evaluate provisional psychologists.

8. Acceptable Use

8.1 The Platform is for Australian psychology supervision only.

8.2 You must not:

  • Record, store, or reference patient-identifying information. Supervision Records must refer to clinical work in de-identified terms only.

  • Misrepresent, falsify, or back-date any Supervision Record or sign-off.

  • Share your login credentials with any other person.

  • Use the Platform for any purpose unrelated to psychology supervision.

  • Attempt to access another user's records without authorisation.

  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform.

  • Use the Platform if your BAS registration has lapsed, been suspended, or been cancelled.

8.3 Suspected falsification of Supervision Records may be reported by Bridgyr to AHPRA at our discretion.

8.4 Full prohibited use details are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy at bridgyr.com/legal/acceptable-use, which forms part of this Agreement.

9. Research, Feedback, and Data Rights

9.1 Bridgyr may contact the Subscriber and, with the Subscriber's consent under Clause 5.5, their provisional sub-users for research, product feedback, and platform improvement purposes. Opt-out is available at any time by contacting privacy@bridgyr.com.

9.2 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided about the Platform become the property of Bridgyr and may be incorporated into the product without obligation or compensation to the Subscriber.

9.3 Bridgyr may use de-identified, aggregated data derived from platform usage — including supervision patterns, completion rates, and compliance metrics — for product improvement, internal research, benchmarking, and industry reporting. This data cannot identify any individual Subscriber, supervisee, or supervision relationship.

9.4 Bridgyr may generate and display aggregated benchmarks and insights derived from platform usage. These are statistical aggregates and do not identify individual users or supervision relationships.

10. Beta Access

10.1 Bridgyr may invite Subscribers to participate in beta features or early access programmes. Participation is voluntary.

10.2 Beta features are provided without warranty and may behave differently from production features. Bridgyr is not liable for data loss or unexpected behaviour in beta features.

11. Right to Audit Usage

11.1 Bridgyr reserves the right to review usage patterns to detect potential violations of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy, including suspected falsification of supervision records, for the purpose of enforcing this Agreement and its obligations to AHPRA.

12. Platform Availability and Changes

12.1 We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

12.2 We may modify, update, or remove Platform features at any time. We will provide 30 days' written notice of material changes that affect core functionality.

12.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 Bridgyr retains all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its software, design, interface, and underlying technology.

13.2 You retain all intellectual property rights in your Supervision Records and annotations, subject to the licence granted in Clause 6.2.

13.3 Feedback provided by the Subscriber is governed by Clause 9.2.

13.4 You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgyr's total liability for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the Subscriber in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14.2 Bridgyr is not liable for:

  • Regulatory findings, AHPRA investigations, or professional disciplinary outcomes

  • Loss of data where the Subscriber has failed to export records within the 90-day post-cancellation window

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses

14.3 Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

15. Privacy

15.1 We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at bridgyr.com/legal/privacy-policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

16. Termination

16.1 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription in accordance with Clause 3.

16.2 We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you:

  • Breach any term of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy

  • Provide false information about your AHPRA registration status

  • Use the Platform in a way that may cause harm, legal liability, or reputational damage to Bridgyr

16.3 On termination, your access ceases. Clauses 6 (records ownership, export obligations, and professional retention obligations), 7 (professional responsibility), 9 (feedback IP), 13 (intellectual property), and 14 (limitation of liability) survive termination.

17. Governing Law

17.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

17.2 Any dispute arising under this Agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

18. Entire Agreement

18.1 This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Platform.

18.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

18.3 Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it in future.
