This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies the Bridgyr platform uses, why we use them, and your choices.
Strictly Necessary
These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They cannot be opted out of.
Clerk — Authentication session cookies that keep you logged in and manage role-based access (supervisor vs provisional). Without these, you cannot use the platform.
Bridgyr — Security and CSRF protection tokens that protect your account from cross-site request forgery.
Functional
Stripe — Cookies used during the billing and checkout flow only. These are active when you subscribe, update payment details, or manage your plan. They are not present during normal platform use.
Analytics
PostHog — Product analytics cookies that track feature usage, page interactions, and session behaviour. Users are identified by an internal user ID — not by name or email. This data is used for product improvement only, not for advertising.
Device Fingerprinting
On the Bridgyr marketing website (bridgyr.com), we may use device fingerprinting for attribution and analytics to understand how visitors find us and which content is useful. This technology analyses device characteristics to create an anonymous identifier.
Australian users: This is disclosed transparently in this policy. No opt-in consent banner is required under Australian law for analytics technologies of this nature, but you may opt out by contacting privacy@bridgyr.com.
EU and UK users: You will be asked for explicit consent before device fingerprinting or any non-essential analytics technologies are activated. You can manage your preferences via the cookie preference centre on our website.
What We Don't Use
No advertising or third-party tracking cookies
No cross-site tracking
No data shared with advertising networks
Your Choices
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled — the platform will not function without them.
Analytics and fingerprinting — you may opt out via the preference centre on our website or by emailing privacy@bridgyr.com.
EU and UK users — you can manage all preferences via the consent mechanism presented before any non-essential processing begins.
A cookie consent banner is not legally required for strictly necessary cookies under Australian law. We nonetheless provide full transparency via this policy and a preference centre.
